Product Description
The L- Sealer Tunnel Machine will be suitable for long Length Products of Maximum 900 x 750 x 300 mm (Lx W xH) with a maximum weight of 10Kgs.
The L- Sealer will have a Film Inverting Head for easy pushing of your product inside the Film. This is aCustom built mechanism to suit your product and operational ease.
The L- Sealer will have anIdler Roller Conveyor where the product is to be placed.
The operator pushes the product into the L- Shaped Film wrapping section and this carries the film with it.
The Operator adjusts the Film on the SealingJaws.
The Sealing Jaws will have animpulse sealing arrangement.
The movement of the SealingJaws will be Pneumatic which gets activated once the Operator presses the switch.
The L- Sealer is also equipped with a Product Take- Away Conveyor which will transfer the L- Sealed pack on to the Shrink Tunnel Conveyor for the onward shrinkage process.
The Shrink Tunnel will be suitably designed to accept a max pack of size 750 x 300 mm (W XH).
The Shrink Tunnel will have a variable speed (V.F.A.C.Driven)
A Cooling Fan shall be given at the exitend.
Total load 16 to 18 KW with3 Phase, Neutral and Ground.
Machine Weight is 630 Kgs.(approx) and the Machine shall be in two parts.
